1. Coconut :

Then you can get yourself some pineapple and slice them up , and rub those on your skin for about 5 minutes and leave on for another 10 minutes and then wash off. Pineapple has properties which are good to diminish the first signs of aging.

8. Blended Essential Oils:

Wrinkles can be effectively reduced with regular use of an effective blend of essential oils . Combine in a clean and dry bottle 5 drops of each of Sandalwood oil, Geranium oil, Rose oil, Jasmine oil,Neroli and Frankincense . If you don’t get to get all of them , then atleast try to get the essential oils of Sandal wood, Geranium, Rose and Jasmine oil. Combine them and use every night before going to bed, by massaging on to the skin and also after bath if required.
Alternatively you can prepare a leave on mask for the night treatment made of 5 drops of rose oil, 5 Drops of Sandalwood oil and 1teaspoon of lemon juice. Massage on to skin and leave on over night . This helps in reducing the black heads also which worsen the skin condition.

9. Under eye Serum:

Under eye Serum using essential oils –8 drops of Hazel nut oil ,4 Drops of Sandal wood oil, 6 Drops of Chamomile oil, 5 Drops of Carrot seed oil mix well ,store in a clean dry container, and use under the eyes by gentle circular motions , not rubbing vigorously because the softest and most sensitive skin is the skin around the eyes. It will help reduce under eye pores ,dryness , will tighten the skin around the eyes, reduce puffiness and dark circles also.

10. Flower mask:

Flower mask for aging facial skin – If you have enough time then use a flower mask using some easily available flowers. Make a paste with 4drops of olive oil and 4 teaspoons of marigold flower petals, 4 teaspoons of rose petals and 4 teaspoons of Chamomile flower petals. If needed add some water to it (preferable luke warm water) , lie in a relaxing position and apply the mask and keep it on for about 20 minutes and wash off with cold water, and apply a home made toner or simply some rose water. You skin will be able to breathe again with full of life and softness. Do this every week atleast once and you’ll notice a great difference within a 2 months of continued use.
Tips: The solutions mentioned above, if any, reacts with your skin, discontinue using that one. It’s important to have atleast 8-10 glasses of water and fresh fruit juices.
