Dry skin is my biggest problem and i am sure a lot of other girls also face this problem. In winters especially, dry skin is a major problem. Dry skin needs a lot of moisture not only externally but also from inside by consuming food that will hydrate your skin. So here are some food for healthy skin that you should include in your diet.
